I am reaching out to request your assistance regarding a booking I made through Klook for Shanghai Disneyland tickets and Fast Pass. Unfortunately, I mistakenly selected the wrong package.
I intended to book the Carefree Set - Adult, but I accidentally booked the Adventure Set - Adult.
Since the prices of both packages are the same, I would like to change my booking from the Adventure Set to the Carefree Set. However, Klook has informed me that they are unable to modify the booking.
I am wondering if it is possible to seek assistance directly from Shanghai Disneyland to make this change, or if there is another solution that can help resolve this issue.

Major complaints due to some unoperated attractions!
- Overseas visitor to Disneyland Shanghai on Sept 2, 2024; attractions closed without notice.
- We bought 2 regular tickets from trip.com at full price.
I'm an overseas traveler who came to Disneyland Shanghai today (Monday, September 2nd, 2024) only to find out that some of the major attractions are closed without any prior notification when we purchased the tickets, as well as on the day at the entrance. We found out only when we were there.
We bought 2 regular tickets from trip.com at full price and it's totally unfair as we didn't get the full information earlier. We believe that we should get compensated for these inconveniences.

I just by Stella doll from Shanghai Disneyland on 15 April 2024 (I have Alipay transaction to show and tag still on the doll now). My daughter found a little hole as attached picture can I change it (tag still on the doll now and I have receipt).
I have planned to go to Hong Kong on 22-26 April 2024 and Tokyo on 6-14 May 2024 but no plan to Disneyland.
